FACILITIES: Free parking - Showers - Baggage store – Red Cross First Aid – Refreshments.
ENTRY FEES: ARC/UKA affiliated - £6 in advance (plus 43p booking fee) - £7 on the day. Unaffiliated runners - £8 in advance (plus 55p booking fee) - £9 on day. Advanced entries - Online only. Race limit 300. Minimum age 17 years.
AWARDS: 1st, 2nd & 3rd SM & SF; 1st & 2nd V40M &V40F; 1st V50M, V50F, V60M & V60F. NB Only one prize will be awarded to any individual runner.
Race numbers will not be sent out in advance. Please collect them on the day. Registration opens from 9:30am.
